This is an informational website for Brett Herring's real estate services. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies of my own, and no third-party advertising. When you fill in a form, call, text, or email, whatever you choose to share is used to respond to you and to provide real estate services. Nothing else.
If you reach out, I receive what you send: usually your name, contact details, and what you are trying to do. Just browsing the site sends me nothing. The hosting provider, like essentially all web hosts, keeps standard server logs for security and operations.
The contact, home value, buyer and note forms collect only what you type, plus the page you sent it from. If you tick the box agreeing to calls and texts, the exact wording and the time you agreed are kept with it. What you send passes through a small server function hosted by Supabase and is stored in Follow Up Boss, the client-management system I use with The Operative Group. It is never sold or handed to a lead vendor.
To reply to you, provide real estate services, and stay in touch about your transaction or search. Your information is never sold. It is shared only as needed to serve you, for example with a lender or title company in a transaction you are part of, or where the law requires it.
If you text or email me, expect a reply on the same channel. I only call or text someone who came through a form if they ticked the consent box. Reply STOP to any text, or ask me to stop contacting you at any time, and that is the end of it, no hard feelings and no retention campaign.
This site links to outside services such as Instagram and Google Fonts, and its forms are delivered through Supabase and Follow Up Boss. Those services have their own privacy practices, which I do not control.
